Wuxi Bono Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005. The company is located in the north area of Wanshi Town Industrial Zone, Yixing City, Jiangsu Province. Shanghai Nanjing Expressway and Changzhou airport are about 20km away from the factory. The entrance and exit of Caoqiao of Xiyi expressway are 1500 meters away from the factory, so the transportation is very convenient. The factory covers an area of 40000 square meters and a workshop area of 20000 square meters. There are 180 employees and 32 engineering technology and quality management personnel.

The company has foundry workshop, post-processing workshop, machining workshop and technical, quality inspection and other functional departments, which can meet the casting and machining requirements of ordinary gray iron and ductile iron. The foundry and finishing workshop has a Dongjiu casting line, a vibrating molding machine molding line, a resin sand molding line, a sand processing line, 16 core shooting machines, 10 intermediate frequency melting electric furnaces, a vibrating sand dropping machine, 4 shot blasting machines, 2 tempering furnaces, and post cleaning and grinding equipment. The weight of castings can be produced from 0.2 kg to 5 tons, and the dimensions from 0.02 M to 1.5 m. We can provide castings of HT200, HT250, HT300, qt400-18, QT450-12, QT500-7, qt550-6, QT600-3 and other brands of castings according to the user's requirements, as well as heat-resistant high chromium cast iron castings and steel castings. The machining workshop has 35 CNC lathes, 8 machining centers and 25 other processing equipment, which can meet the processing requirements of most small and medium-sized parts.

In January 2015, the company passed the ISO / TS16949:2009 quality management system certification, and adhere to the annual audit to ensure the effective and normal operation of the system. All testing equipment is complete. The laboratory has spectrometer, tensile machine, hardness tester, metallographic microscope and other physical and chemical analysis facilities and molding sand analysis equipment. It can undertake routine inspection of molding sand, chemical composition inspection, strength and hardness inspection, metallographic inspection, etc., and strictly control the quality of incoming materials and shipment. The metalworking laboratory has various length testing equipment such as CMM, caliper and micrometer, which can provide quality assurance for general parts.

The company has established and improved the import and export inspection system, process inspection system, product defect prevention system, correction and prevention tracking system, customer quality return visit system, etc. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of management level, it has attracted many well-known enterprises to discuss cooperative production.
